Summary
Current electricity rate becomes a total of a basis rate and electric energy bill. Electric energy bill is a rate of the minute that I used, and, as for the basis rate, it seems like a fixed rate, but, in fact, it is not so, and, as for the basis rate, it is it with the maximum of average electric energy for 30 minutes for the past 12 months.
The mean of the electric energy that I used for 30 minutes becomes average electric energy, and it is measured when I explain it in detail. And the maximum of a measurement value of the past one year becomes a basis rate. For example, I will generally pay a basis rate in the summertime even for autumn for the spring when I do not use an air conditioner too much in winter to use heating because electricity of (7.8 moon) is to be the most it in the summertime to use an air conditioner most.
I lower a basis rate when equipped with "demand control" by holding
down the maximum of electricity and will lower an electric energy rate
by having controlled electricity again. In various energy saving plans
thought about, I show an effect remarkably now.
